The Black Mamba is our heaviest rope (2kg or 4.4lbs) at 1½ inches thick. Built for strength, it adds serious resistance to every flow. It can also be used for footwork—standing on the rope helps mobilize the feet, challenge balance, and improve ankle stability. This rope is designed for advanced users only and is not recommended for beginners. For those focused on footwork alone, we also offer the shorter Mini Mamba.
